National survey of educator wellbeing

About this research

To better understand the emotional and physical strain of supporting children's learning, researchers from UQ's Queensland Brain Institute and Deakin University have launched a national survey focused on workplace wellbeing in the early childhood education and care sector.

Who can participate

You're eligible to participate in this study if you are:

  • currently working in early childhood education and care in Australia.

What's involved

You'll be asked to:

  • complete an online survey (approximately 30 minutes).

Participant insights will help shape better workplace practices, stronger sector supports, and evidence-informed government policy.
