Brain Training Study for Children (Ages 8-12)

About this research 

We are investigating how short, fun, daily thinking games can help children strengthen memory skills that are often affected when children feel worried or sad. 

Eligibility criteria

  • Children aged 8-12 years, with elevated emotional symptoms (e.g., worry, nervousness, sadness, anxiety).

What's involved 

  • Online questionnaires (parent/carer + child) 
  • Online sessions with a trained researcher (+ parent supervision) 
  • Daily game-based training: 15 mins/day for 20 days 
  • Follow-up about 1 month later.
