Compassion focused online single session intervention for dads

About this research

We are interested to learn whether self-compassion can help enhance fathers' wellbeing and receive feedback about online activities we have developed.

Who can participate

You're eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • are a father of a child aged 3–9 years old
  • do not have a current daily medication process
  • are fluent in written and spoke english and
  • have internet access via a computer, laptop or smart phone. 

What's involved

You'll be asked to:

  • complete an online activity answering questions about yourself (approximately 50 minutes)
  • complete a survey about your experiences with the activity
  • complete an online survey (approximately 10–15 minutes) three months later. 

Benefits of participating

Participants will receive a $20 gift card after completing the secondary survey.
