Developing an educational package for tension-type headache

About this research

We are developing an educational package including short form videos, infographics and an online blog to assist in patient self management strategies of lifestyle factors. We are seeking volunteers to review the resources and provide feedback by taking an online survey.

Who can participate

You're eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • are aged between 18 to 65 years
  • have previous experience of tension-type headache (mild to moderate intensity band-like headache).

What’s involved

You'll be asked to:

  • review an educational package, which includes watching 6 1-2 minute short form videos, and reading through six infographics and an online blog
  • complete a short 10-minute online survey with simple questions asking you to rate the effectiveness of the contents.

Benefits of participating

You'll be able to learn more about tension-type headaches and have a better understanding of the potential self-management strategies. You'll also help to improve the quality of the information for patients and improve care for those with tension-type headaches in the future.

How to participate

If you meet the eligibility criteria and you’re interested in participating, review the contents and then complete the survey.
