Examining university students' sleep and circadian health literacy

About this research 

We’re studying the sleep health beliefs of students enrolled in a health-related degree at university. This research will help inform future development of sleep health-focused curricula across a range of university courses. 

Who can participate 

You're eligible to participate in this study if you are: 

  • aged 18 years or older 
  • enrolled in a health-related discipline 
  • in your third year of study or higher (excluding PhD) 
  • proficient in English. 

What's involved 

You'll undertake a 15-minute survey about your: 

  • sleep knowledge 
  • confidence in providing sleep health focused advice and/or care  
  • own sleep health.  

All responses will be anonymous. 

Benefits of participating

Participants will go into a draw to win a $100 gift voucher after completing the survey.

This study has been approved by The University of Queensland Human Research Ethics Committee [Approval No.2024/HE002475].
