MRIs for Craniofacial Identification Research
About this research
Researchers are seeking participants for a study investigating the effects of body size on the craniofacial anatomy using MRI.
Who can participate
You're eligible to participate in this study if you:
- are aged 18 years or older
- can travel to The University of Queensland's St Lucia Campus
- are able to undergo an MRI (you must have no history of claustrophobia and no electronic, mechanical, metal, and/or magnetic implants or non-removable items on or in your body, including but not limited to, non-removable jewellery/body piercings, metal mesh/wires/clips implants etc.).
What's involved
As part of the study you'll:
- undergo a head MRI at the UQ Centre for Advanced Imaging at St Lucia campus
- complete a detailed questionnaire concerning your head and face that will take approximately one hour.
Benefits of participating
Participants will receive $40.
