PACT Online study

About this research

PACT Online is free online parenting support tool grounded in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). It aims to provide online, flexible and tailored support to parents of children with additional developmental needs. The heart of PACT Online is supporting you in being the kind of parent that you want to be, so that you can do your best for your child, your family and yourself. This is a research trial of PACT Online.
