Patients' views on taking part in N-of-1 trials for chronic pain: an online survey

About this research

Researchers are exploring the views of people who have chronic pain on taking part in an N-of-1 trial, a type of personalised study that helps test how well different chronic pain treatments work for each patient.

This study is led by The University of Queensland in collaboration with Southern Cross University and the University of Ottawa.

Who can participate

You're eligible to participate if you:

  • are 18 years or older
  • are currently living in Australia
  • have been experiencing persistent or chronic pain lasting 3 months or more.

What's involved

You’ll be asked to complete an anonymous online survey that will take approximately 20 minutes.
