Workplace gender practices

About this research

Research shows that workplace gender initiatives (e.g. gender targets/quotas, specialised training) are interpreted differently by employees depending on role, experience, and views about fairness. Some people see these practices as necessary and effective; others are unsure, conflicted, or sceptical about how they work in practice. Understanding this full range of responses is essential for organisations to develop policies that are both credible and workable.
